Senator Liar Hypocrite Rubberstamp Good Hair Ensign – Repugnant was going to run for President in 2012 and is considered a rising star in the Repugnant Party. 
He was quite vocal regarding Bill and Monica… like Newt. Lookie over there at what he’s doing! Just don’t lookie at me!

As juicy as all this is, what with the Promise Keepers stuff and the blackmail and all, for us in Louisiana it gets even better
Seems that the bit of trouble Ensign finds himself in is throwing a bit more stink on our favorite perv, Diaper Dave Vitter. According to Kos, the chairman of the Louisiana Deomcratic Party, Chris Whittington, issued the following statement: “…at least Sen. Ensign understood the embarassment he was causing to his own state. Sen. Ensign did the right thing today, and it is up to Sen. Vitter to do the same.” Whittington feels that Vitter should follow the lead of his fellow hypocrite gooper and resign his position in the GOP leadership. 
Poor Dave! I almost feel sorry for his lying, scurvy, scum-sucking ass. Or not
I am under no illusions at all that Vitter will follow Ensign’s lead, but it certainly can’t hurt to show the voters here, yet again, what a worthless excuse for a human Vitter is.

EDIT: Just went and re-read the blurb. Seems the girls he molested were the ones they adopted. Jail is too good for this worm. At least his new roomies will be dealing with this guy. Child molesters don’t do so well in prison.
Has anyone taken the “tour” of the house up for sale? I think I saw it over at TPM. It is in the most god-awful taste imaginable. It matches their ethics.

Never ceases to amaze me that a house will be built on spec, priced high, and the entire place is full of builder-grade fixtures and finishes. If I’m paying top dollar, I damn well better be getting better than Home Depot faucets and lighting.

That pool looks like the kind that is made for real sand that emulates a beach. I’ve never used one of those pools, but I have seen them in pictures. The thing that sits in my mind is that this is Las Vegas, where the daytime temps are even hotter than ours, so that pool turns into a hot tub in the summer. Not to my liking. I like my water to cool me off.

One of Cassie’s best friends lives in a house where almost all of the rooms are for show. Damn place is a museum. Fine for a house with no children, but these folks have a 17 yr old, a 13 yr old, and a 10 yr old. i saw that tacky house slide show last night, goodness. Such houses seem to attract people whose insides are as shallow-tacky-ugly as the house.
You know, there are ways to make a house look good and be comfortable at the same time, but it takes good design and a bit of thinking. More than once I’ve had to point out to a client that the minimalist look didn’t exactly go with her “messy” lifetstlye.
